This has been my first ever experience in purchasing a home. Growing up, I had never had the opportunity to witness what a real home buying process is. With this being the case, I was of course discouraged on how it would go. Josh Moody, Monica Spurger, and many others a part of the team had the utmost patience and professionalism from beginning to end. This helped ease the pain of course. If you feel like you need the right group/team to help you with your home buying experience, this is definitely the one. Thank you to you all. Honestly, this was probably the easiest experience that I’ve had with a mortgage company. They gave me a list of all of the documents I needed to provide and made it easy to upload them. Some of my documents were difficult to get due to name changes and properties out of state, but all in all they worked with me to find all of the information and documents that I needed. Matt helped me from start to close on the deal and kept me updated the whole way. If you have ever went through the process of buying a house before you know how time-consuming, tedious and frustrating it can be. This was my second go around and honestly Josh Moody loans, Matt, was there at every turn to ensure that everything was in order, and kept me up-to-date as we closed the deal. Also, apparently I’ve heard some people say he’s pretty handsome, but I mean hey, who am I to judge?

Josh and his team are wonderful to work with. Definitely 5 star quality. Monica kept in touch and went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our new home. Thank you all so much!!
