This has been my first ever experience in purchasing a home. Growing up, I had never had the opportunity to witness what a real home buying process is. With this being the case, I was of course discouraged on how it would go. Josh Moody, Monica Spurger, and many others a part of the team had the utmost patience and professionalism from beginning to end. This helped ease the pain of course. We started our process with a national lender and it was a slow drip of more information required. We wound up canceling them and contacting Josh at Synergy. He was able to get it moving fast because the closing date was approaching. Matt Bonfoey took the process through the end and we came in on time with an even better rate.
