Very smooth and easy process!

Josh, Matt, and Chelsea were beyond helpful to my family during our first home buying experience. I tend to stress out over things and Matt told me to calm down and trust the process. And in the end it always worked out! So thankful for this great team.

Everyone here is so helpful and answered any questions we had. As a first time home buyer, they made the process extremely simple and helped us to reach one of our top goals. They were all really nice and clear about what they needed from us from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

Josh & His team were phenomenal. We actually used Josh 2x previously and neither deal worked out for us (not due to financing) One deal we got outbid, the other we pulled out on. Josh never had a negative attitude towards us pulling out after he put in the time and effort to close the deal. He told us, when you find the home you truly want you will know and I am here for you when you do. It was a short 2 months later and we found that home and Josh & Matt got us closed within 30 days. (He actually could have gotten it closed sooner, but we needed the time) You can call/text them anytime of the week or weekend and they will make magic happen. You will NEVER feel left in the dark or unsure on how things are going. The communication was incredible. I would highly recommend Josh & Matt as they are complete experts in what they do and what they can do for you.

I don’t think I have enough words for how awesome Josh and his team are. They didn’t stop until they got me into my house which I am forever grateful for. They constantly kept me in the loop and even answered emails after hours if I had any questions. If you’re ever in the market for wanting to get a house, I definitely recommend getting in touch with Josh and his team!!
