Honestly, this was probably the easiest experience that I’ve had with a mortgage company. They gave me a list of all of the documents I needed to provide and made it easy to upload them. Some of my documents were difficult to get due to name changes and properties out of state, but all in all they worked with me to find all of the information and documents that I needed. Matt helped me from start to close on the deal and kept me updated the whole way. If you have ever went through the process of buying a house before you know how time-consuming, tedious and frustrating it can be. This was my second go around and honestly Josh Moody loans, Matt, was there at every turn to ensure that everything was in order, and kept me up-to-date as we closed the deal. Also, apparently I’ve heard some people say he’s pretty handsome, but I mean hey, who am I to judge?

Josh Moody and Brandon Mears are top guns. Because they were on top of everything, they made our home purchase smooth and worry free. So kind and professional.
